LECNA will take reasonable steps to store your information in access controlled premises or in electronic databases requiring logins and passwords. Within LECNA all staff (including volunteers) having access to confidential information are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Access and Correction
You can request at anytime personal information LECNA may hold about you. We may charge you a fee where access is provided. We will endeavour to provide you with your documents within 7 working days. We may refuse to provide access to information held about you in situations where the National Privacy Principals allow us to do so. If we refuse access we will give you a reason for doing so.
